A WebMaster is responsible for Web software maintenance, and
ensuring that the latest versions of network software are
installed and functioning properly. While WebMasters are responsible for updating
information, verifying the accuracy of links, and making additions, they are not
necessarily responsible for the written content of a Web site; a WebMaster
is not necessarily the author of his Web.
